With over twenty years of experience in a variety of property maintenance roles, I’ve formed Home and Cabin Property Services to bring all of that experience to you!

A commercial hvac/r technician by trade, I’ve: operated my own residential window cleaning business, worked several years in the commercial building/grounds field and many years in residential rental-property management.

From 2004-2007 I worked through the architectural tech program at Madison College (then MATC). This not only provided drafting training, but also the required technical training on how buildings are built, how they function and how the building code operates.

While in school (and beyond) I worked as an on-site resident manager on two different, multi-family, properties over the course of six years. This experience exposed me to the various on-going maintenance needs of residential properties, how the investment real estate world operates and the importance of customer service.

In 2012 I became licensed as a real estate agent and eventually a real estate broker; however, I let these credentials lapse to pursue a career in hvac.

In 2013 I entered the Steamfitters apprenticeship program and became a journeyman in 2018. For the last ten years I’ve worked as a commercial/industrial hvac tech serving buildings from offices to single family homes, apartment buildings to factories, hospitals to supermarkets.

I hold a cabinet/millwork certificate, a WI hvac contractor’s license, a WI home inspector’s license and a WI hvac qualifier card.
